Start em, or Stall em

For the overthinkers or the “just want a little extra reassurance”.

START 'EM

Bo Nix (QB, Broncos) vs DAL
Riding an historic Week 7 (33 points in the 4th; 4 total TDs), and now in a likely up-tempo spot with Cowboys @ Broncos on Sunday. If you’re streaming, you chase form + game total.

Khalil Shakir (WR, Bills) at CAR
A steady WR2/3 profile with bankable usage (2025: 25 receptions, 268 yards, 2 TD through Week 7), and he draws Bills @ Panthers. In PPR, his floor makes him startable.

Tetairoa McMillan (WR, Panthers) vs BUF
The rookie has been involved from Day 1 (Panthers list him as WR4, 30-413-2 through Week 7). Volume on a trailing script vs. Buffalo @ Carolina keeps him in flex/WR3 territory.

Hunter Henry (TE, Patriots) vs CLE
Typical mid-TE1 usage (24-310-3 to date) and red-zone involvement; plus home matchup Browns @ Patriots. If you’re streaming TEs, Henry’s role is as safe as it gets.

Tez Johnson (WR, Buccaneers) at NO
Rookie arrow up (Bucs note a 9-162-2 line over his last three; also logged a Week 7 TD). With Bucs @ Saints on late slate, he’s a viable upside PPR flex if you need speed/YAC.

SIT 'EM

Tony Pollard (RB, Titans) at IND
Lead back, yes but efficiency has lagged (3.9 YPC this year per recent reporting) and it’s a tough road spot . Volume may not overcome the matchup.

Quinshon Judkins (RB, Browns) at NE
He’s listed atop Cleveland’s RB depth chart, but Browns @ Patriots projects as a grind with limited TD equity. Prefer safer floors this week.

Mason Taylor (TE, Jets) at Bengals
Promising rookie TE, modest production (Jets list 24-208 to date in team logs), and a rough spot for a shaky Bengals Defense. Stream elsewhere unless you’re desperate.

Rashid Shaheed (WR, Saints) vs TB
Boom-bust profile with a middling 2025 line (30-356-2 through Week 7). With volatility and Bucs @ Saints likely to funnel elsewhere, he’s a risky start.

Joshua Palmer (WR, Bills) at CAR
On Buffalo’s depth chart but behind Coleman/Shakir in pecking order; with Bills @ Panthers, he’s a hold rather than a Week 8 start unless injuries force it. Expect the game to mostly be played on the ground.
